Rental Requirements

Confirmation of employment and credit history are required prior to showing properties

 

First and last month rental is required prior to leasing any properties

 

For some condominium the  approval of the board of directors will also be required

Due to the high turnover of rental properties, request an up to date list of what is "Available for Rent" you will receive a reply to your inquiry within 48 hrs.

We can also provide furnished suites
