One of the biggest decision you will need to make is whether to buy or rent

If your choice to rent is based purely on financial consideration you may be surprised to learn that the cost of home ownership is lower than the cost of renting. And you do not have to move out of the city, that's right. if you live in Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Toronto or any city in Canada you can stay in the city you love but I will definitely prefer if you stay in the quadrant made from Toronto to Oakville and from Mississauga to Brampton

 

The only advantage in renting is that you need less cash (down payment) and this is not always the case when you take in consideration that you can use as little as 5% as a down payment on a house and if you have a spotless credit ZERO DOWN PAYMENT .... YES you read right "Zero Down Payment".... It gets better... if you are a first time home buyer or you have not owned a house for five years, you can borrow from your RRSP up to $20,000 interest free, a couple each with their RRSP can borrow up to $40,000 and that could be a down payment for a house worth $ 350.000.
